The deluxe queen room I stayed in was well-kept and nicely decorated with a hot tub. the interior of the rooms was delightful. - This hotel was located in a remote area near well-serviced romantic pre-Christmas getaway spots, restaurants, and the Mono Cliffs Provincial Park. - I was within a close distance from Alton Mill Arts Centre.

We liked this hotel very much - the location, the design of the rooms, the hiking trails in the surroundings, the wellness area - all TOP. In this hotel everybody was super friendly, it seemed very familiar and we felt really comfortable (we would have liked to stay longer here). The restaurant in the hotel offers great food and also the breakfast was a dream. Thanks to the team of the Millcroft Inn & Spa - you were great hosts!

Had luxury stay for the holidays and the weather was wonderful. Loved the historic-style building and our well-kept and nicely decorated room in the manor house.

Waiting in restaurants (main building and SPA) too long at peak times. Men's changing room is only partially renovated: Flooring is rather cheap, WC needs higher quality fittings and walls should be tiled. Then the overall impression would be perfect.

This place is clean with friendly staff and has a beautiful and amazing location in Croft area.

The room was wearing out. It had its prime time. Mold around bathtub. Noisy bath/jacuzzi. Forgot the fitted sheet. While the food was good, it was not outstanding.

Delicious food at the restaurant, but the waitstaff seemed a bit too formal for the laid-back vibe of the place. the dishes were amazing though! the location, kind of in the middle of nowhere, was fantastic. 🌿

the employees were all very nice. the peaceful grounds were nice to walk around.

We like the ambience and amenities - pool and hot tub. We ski at Caledon Ski Club, and occasionally stay the weekend, instead of commuting back and forth from Toronto. Staff very friendly, before gave us the room said it was cold and had put a heater in it, and slightly reduced price. Appreciated upfront honesty.
